Dr.J.Manjula plays a very prominent role as the Advisor of RMPC.She has been instrumental in strengthening and enhancing the facilities and opportunities at RMPC.As an advisor, she has been actively involved in working closely with the staff,students and the management and brought a fresh perspective to polytechnic education.She possesses a rich educational background with more than four decades of experience as Principal and Professor of English in Sri G.V.G. Visalakshi college.Her strong administrative and academic skills and great personality made her one of the finest Principals of all time.

Has served in the search panel as Convenor in the selection of Vice-Chancellor for Mother Teresa University Kodaikanal.

Has also served as a Government Nominee in the search panel for the selection of Vice-Chancellor of TNOU,Tamilnadu.

At RMPC the advisor plans the academic progress of the institution. She has authorised and brought out many schemes that benefit the college. She has exposed the students to various kinds of employment opportunities in the real world by enhancing the placement cell and raising the student’s educational standard by conducting several Seminars, Workshops and development programs. She has also formed ties, MOU’s with several renowned training institutes and industries to provide Certificate courses and training programs for both students and the faculty. The Robotics lab (In support with IIT,Bombay) , STEM club and the Google Developers club were established by her after much painstaking efforts. The proud recipient of the ‘Best Educationalist Award’, Dr. Manjula has infused fresh blood into the college by introducing a work culture that combines commitment, creativity and quality.
