As per the directives from Directorate of Technical Education for Internal Assessment, Test-I and Test-II for 50 marks and Model examination for 75 marks have to be conducted.
Time table as a circular to the respective department would be sent.
Submission of Question Papers from the lecturers of concerned subjects.
Scrutinized by both H.O.D and Academic Administrator.
Tests and Model exam papers are evaluated and entered in performance register.
The progress reports are sent to the parents for their follow up.
Based on the test results, the remedial action is taken.

The final nominal roll from the Directorate of technical Education would be obtained as the first step.
Based on the Final Nominal Roll the current and arrear subjects would be finalized.
Then based on Board exam time table from DOTE seating arrangement would be made and question paper would be received from nodal centre and kept in custody of Chief Superindentent.
As per DOTE order all registers and forms would be updated regularly.
